Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

After 60 days, items are no longer eligible for a return or a refund.

To return or exchange an item it must be in new condition, uncut and unused.

If you are returning the item, we need the original item returned to us before we refund or send a new item. Please ship the items back rolled and in the box it came in or similar packaging. Do not bend, fold or crease our products.

Because our items are made-to-order, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

Postage for the return is paid for by the purchaser.

Additional Policies

IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT TEXTURED WALLS
Decals will not adhere to cloth, stucco, brick, concrete, cement render or similar uneven surfaces including some wall papers. These surfaces are not completely smooth and unfortunately, they do not allow for sufficient smooth surface area for the decal to adhere to.

IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT PAINT AND WALL DECALS
If you have just painted your walls please allow the paint to dry and cure. The paint needs to finish off-gassing or the vinyl adhesive will fail. We recommend waiting 6-12 weeks after you paint to install your vinyl decal.

IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT COLORS
Devices and computer monitors create color using the primary colors of light. Colors often vary from one monitor to another. Think of when you visit an electronics store with various brands of televisions on display and how they all differ in color. Also, colors on monitors change over time. Currently, there are no color standards for the phosphors used in manufacturing monitors for the graphics arts industry. We do our best, but we cannot match our colors against all the different monitors and devices in the world.
